Managing Director, leading the overall investment strategy, governance, and long-term capital planning. He oversees direct investments across venture capital, private equity, real estate, and public markets, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences. Under his leadership, the family office has strengthened its investment discipline, operational infrastructure, and portfolio oversight.

Prior to working for the Werth Family, Musan held roles at Aetna, a CVS Health company, and United Bank. He holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Philanthropist and the founder, president, and CEO of ChemWerth, Inc. Werth earned his bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in Kansas and his master’s degree from Stanford University, beginning his professional career as an R&D scientist in the early 1960s. Working from a room above the garage in his Woodbridge, Connecticut home, he established ChemWerth Inc., a full-service generic drug development and supply company, in 1982.

Chief Financial Officer of ChemWerth, Inc., overseeing finance, accounting, IT, HR, and internal operations. With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and Deloitte & Touche. Vinny is a CPA and member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Providence College, an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut, and has completed executive programs at Notre Dame and Harvard Business School.
